Trouble logging into WebWidgets
I'm using correct details, but can't login. I'm having session timeouts. Why?
If you know your username and password is correct, but you keep getting logged out. You need to perhaps check your "session cookie" settings.
To Set Up Internet Explorer 5 (Windows):
Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
Click on the Securities tab.
Click on Custom Level.
Click Enable Cookies.
Click OK.
To Set Up Internet Explorer 6 (Windows):
Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
Click on the Privacy tab.
Drag the slider bar to a setting equal to or lesser than High.
To Set Up Internet Explorer 5 (Macintosh):
Go to Edit and select Preferences in the File menu.
Click Cookies in menu on the left under the Receiving Files section.
In the lower portion of the right panel, select Never Ask from the pop-up menu for When Receiving.
Click OK.
